We will accept orders by mail, fax, or e-mail, and payment can be made by check, money order, Discover/Novus, Master Card, Visa, or PayPal. Our shopping cart has a secure server for providing credit card information, but if you prefer,  you can initially provide us with your name, card number and expiration date via voice/fax line at (66)25181875-7 Navigate Express Co., Ltd. Then you can send orders via e-mail and just tell us to charge it.
Use our shopping cart for the items you would like to order. Just click on the blue order buttons next to each item. You can change the quantity if you want more than one. Return to the catalog to add more items until your shopping are done. At any time, you can click on the View Cart button to the left to see what you have ordered so far or to change quantities and check out. If you change your mind about an item, just change the quantity to zero (0) and click on the "Recalculate" button on the bottom of the page to remove it.
Feel free to put any special instructions or notes in the Comments/Special requests box of the shopping cart form when you check out. You can also include if you prefer, you can send you entire order by e-mail. Just be sure to include your name, address, and phone number.
If you are not using the shopping cart to order any items and just want to provide us with your credit card information for an order that you phoned in or sent by e-mail, you can still use the secure shopping cart to provide your credit card info, your credit card doesn't get billed until we box up your order for shipment.

Please note that when you place an order, we may have a question about your order - and if we do, we will probably email you within two days of the time you place your order. So, you may want to check your email for couple days after you place an order. It would also be helpful to add our domain address - info@towelcreationsbook.com - to your safe or "white" list so our email doesn't end up
in your SPAM inbox. It's also a good idea to add info@navigate.co.th so that you receive your tracking information. Adding the information isn't a guarantee that the email will not end up in your SPAM folder, so you may want to check it if you don't see tracking information in your regular inbox within a week of placing your order.
You can also place your order verbally on our toll free voice mail/fax line at (66)21716275-7. Fax: (66)21716278 (For information about why we use a voice mail/fax line instead of taking your calls personally, go to Contact Us) When placing an order, it is often best to fill out an order form first. Then clearly read all of the information when leaving your message. Give us the item number, the description, the quantity, and the price. Then give us your address, your complete credit card number (include the expiration date and the name on the card), a phone number and e-mail address in case we need to contact you.

Warranty, Returns & Refund: (Digital Art)

Warranty:
Navigate Express Co., Ltd Thailand will support and will keep sending the link until the download is complete for the specific design. After successful completion of the download the Download icon shall be automatically hidden.

Return:
As the files are available for download for very small amount and downloads are all being done digitally or otherwise online, once downloaded shall not be taken back or receive back.

Refund:
Refund shall be available if at all could not download by the purchaser after seven days from the date of payment or order.
